Brigette is calm, grounded, and steady — but don’t mistake that for soft. Her quiet power has shifted more tough conversations than I can count. When emotions run high, I often hand things to her and say, “Do your thing.” And she does — with grace, clarity, and connection. People open up to her. They trust her. She finds the golden thread that gets everyone to the finish line.

My strength lies in strategy. I’m always scanning for angles, finding leverage, and thinking three moves ahead. I love the challenge of figuring out how to win — especially in tight or competitive situations.

Brigette’s superpower is service. Her love language is doing. And she brings that energy to every interaction — with clients, with our team, and with me. She’s not just my business partner. She’s my best friend. We started as colleagues and became family.

Brigette works with all of our buyers. I work with all of our sellers. But we back each other up constantly and consult on every file.
