I wonder if being right about everything gets old after a while? From setting the price for a fast sale, to recommending contractor resources to get the house ready for market, to staging, to tactfully rejecting a post-inspection counter offer in a way that kept the sale moving forward, Emma stuck the landing repeatedly. Also she's funny and fun and smart. Which is nice.
